Track your shipment
As a CTS GROUP client, you will have access to your personal client portal. Via the shipment overview in your portal, you can view the status of your shipments at any time. Use this convenient platform to see at a glance which consignments have been registered, are on their way, and have been delivered. For shipments within the Netherlands, the expected delivery time is also displayed. Arrival Monitor
An extra option to track and trace your shipment is our Arrival Monitor. This monitor indicates a time window of two hours for the delivery of the shipment. To view this window you, or your customer, only need to enter the zip code of the unloading address. Of course, the time window can also be found on the track and trace module on your personal customer website. The arrival monitor is dynamic, so the time can be different every time you look. This way you always have the most current information.
