The CTS GROUP Talent Plan is a programme aimed at talent development, for everyone who has at least a secondary education certificate in the pocket. Over a period of two years, you will work full-time in different departments and gain varied work experience. This allows you to find out what you like, earn a nice salary, and kickstart your career.
The Talent Plan consists of three programmes. With the Office programme you work in our office, with the Warehouse programme in our warehouse, and with the Driver’s programme you start in the warehouse before getting a position behind the wheel. At the start of your Talent Plan, you choose one of these programs and you will work for two years in four to six different departments that are all included in this programme. This will give you a good idea of what you like and what your qualities are.
