Our services

For our customers, we offer a standard Economy service for distribution with a delivery time of 6 to 7 working days. If required, we can offer shorter delivery times upon request. We also have the ability to realise various customised solutions, including support for ADR shipments, goods under customs status, time-based deliveries and import shipments.

For pallet transport to Serbia, we use our own fleet, which ranges from buses to trailers. We also cooperate with several network partners, so you can count on a reliable and suitable service for every shipment.

At CTS GROUP you build up a shipment via our Distribloks concept. You choose the desired service level, duration and additional services. Insure the shipment or compensate for CO2 emissions? That is also possible. Thanks to Distribloks you are flexible and you have control over the costs.

 

Our service levels
The basis of your shipment is the service level. You can choose from Economy, Road Express and Priority. The difference between these levels is mainly in the duration, but they also differ in the possibility of real-time shipment information and the level of percentage delivery guarantee. Is it important that your shipment is delivered quickly and on a fixed day? Then it is best to choose Priority. Does this not matter so much and do you especially want a competitive rate? Then our Economy service is the right choice.
